I posted about a promotion American Express was offering a few weeks ago. American Express was GIVING AWAY $25 for every cardmember who signed up for their Small Business Saturday promotion. There were two requirements: sign up first on their website, and then go spend $25 or more at any small business that accepts American Express. For those who signed up, you might want to head over to your online account at American Express and make sure your $25 credit posted. If not, call them and they'll work it out. I used my $25 by going to my local dry cleaners (who we love) and dumping a bunch of cleaning I'd been meaning to take in. Sure enough, my order total was $27.15 and I see today that my account was credited $25, making that dry cleaning only $2.15.
